Yes. Our braiders work with 3A through 4C texture, transitioning hair, and relaxed hair. We'll adjust technique and tension to suit your density.

Do I need to bring my own hair?

Tell us your colour preference when you book and we'll confirm exactly what's included for your chosen style before your appointment.

How long do African braided styles last?

Cornrows on natural hair last one to two weeks; feed-in cornrows four to six weeks; knotless braids and twists typically six to eight weeks with nightly wrapping.

Will braiding damage my edges?

Not when it's installed at low tension. We never braid into baby hairs, and we'd rather redo a section than leave it tight.

Do you braid children's hair?

Yes — kids 12 and under are bookable as a dedicated service, with a parent present.

Low-tension installs

We never braid into baby hairs, and we knot nothing at the root on knotless styles. Tell us if a section feels tight and we redo it.

Healthy hair comes first

Braiding should leave your hair better than it found it. We assess your edges and scalp before we start, keep tension low through the perimeter, and tell you honestly if a style you've asked for isn't right for your current density. If your scalp needs treating before an install, we'll say so rather than braid over the problem.

What to expect at your appointment

Come with hair washed, detangled and fully dry unless you've booked a wash service.
Longer installs run several hours — bring a charger, a snack and something to watch.
Add a private room ($60) for a quiet appointment with complimentary non-alcoholic wine and champagne.
Add extra stylists if you'd rather get a long style finished in a fraction of the time.
Services over $300 include complimentary drinks.
