We value your time. Every style is built around a 2-3 hour chair window; we assign the right number of stylists (often two or three working in tandem) to match the size, length, and complexity of your braids, so you’re never sitting longer than promised. Availability refreshes weekly. Final slot confirmation happens after your deposit and consultation.

Hair preparation

Arrive with hair freshly washed, fully blown out, and detangled. Add our shampoo & blow dry service if you’d like us to prep it for you.

Deposits & cancellations

A non refundable deposit secures your seat and is credited toward your service. 48-hour cancellation notice is required.

Children & guests

To preserve the calm of the lounge, we kindly ask that you come solo unless your appointment is for a child.
